Kwan and Healy together llere recently top producers at another major Califomia real estate firm, and participated in production totalling $4.5 million during the month of August. Year-to-date the twosome has a pro- duction total of $33 million. The partners, who together have 18 years of real estate experience, specialize in noteworthy Westside properties as wall as working with entertainment iPlustry clientele. Kwan has been a consistent top producer throughout her career, earning the recogni- tion of "Rookie of the Year" and ranked one o! the "Top 40 Agents in Southern California" at the nation's largest real estate corporation. She gives frequent lectures on selling real estate to Pacific Rim clients and has been a keynote speaker for the Glamour Real Estate Conference. Prior to entering the real estate industry, Healy was general manager of Studio Arena Theatre in New York and worked at the opera company of Boston.
