Dianna Weiner Dianna's Dishes Some people will go anywhere for din- ner, except to the kitchen. Usually, Sandy and Paul Krentzman go to La Scala, but recently they tried II Buco on Robertson and just loved it! Susan Roth took her son. Allen, and her daughter. Dr. Rtbcrt Pashmap, look his v, ifc, Kathleen, Io droner at The try. They sat i on the patio where the 3 , talked to each other withoul being interrupted by their kids, Daniel, Max, and Brooke. As you can imagine, it was a great evening! WHAT A SURPRISE Eva Brown, Yael Hecht, Toby Oens, and Joan Wilner planned a surprise party to help Chris Garcia celebrate a big one, If any of you have small children, you will know that Chris is the head children's librarian at the Beverly Hills Library. I am sure she has helped us all find the per- fect book for an important book rer, ort. and Allan Wertheim, Deanna and Marc Peterson. Carol and Leon Wares, and Sue Simone OUT OF TOWN Greta and Lionel Furst were in Cleveland visiting their daughter and son- in-la, Valerie and Ron. and, ,)t course, their gorgeous granddaughter. OUT TO LUNCH Dr. Myron Samovitz took a short walk from his office on Bedford to lunch at The Nosh, Seated at a nearby table were Jenny Levy with a few friends. Li Kay lunched at II Pastao. Maxme Robinson treated her son. Lloyd, and her daughter, Diane Gordon, and her grandson, Rob, to lunch at Factor's. Dr. William Johnston. the senior pathologist at Kaiser Permanente Hospital, and Lya Cordova- Latta met for lunch at Nouveau Caf Blanc. BIRTHDAY WISHES It was Lesa Leeds' big birthday, so her dear friend. Robin Friedman, who has known Lesa since they were kids in New "fork, planned a birthday party for her. And what a great party it was, filled with close friends, a fabulous meal prepared by Robin, unbelievable apple martinis that had everyone feeling fine, and lots of love for Lesa.
