Joining Helen and Howard were their kids, Steven and Karen, and Karen's husband, John, and their children. Daniel and Jcnna. Susan and Stuart Rosen, and Gall and Jeff Gerber. BIRTHDAY WISHES Sue Brucker vas treated to a birthday breakfast at the Polo Lounge by Susie Wallach, Amy Furie, Nooshin Meshkaty, Kathy Fischer, and Helene Boston. Jarri Schwartz, owner of Dream On, a wonder- ful accessory and furniture store on Beverly Drive, was spotted with lunch to go from California Pizza Kitchen. Running a retail store leaves Jam very lit- tle time for a leisurely lunch. Sherry Megdal and her mom, Glorice Somekh, were at Koo Koo Roo. Leslie and Bruce Gifford, who own Molto Fino, a company that manufactures elegant women's sportswear, often must eat separately, though their offices are just footsteps apart. Recently, while Leslie conducted business over lunch at The Ivy, Bruce was doing the same at Buffalo Club. DI SPY Connie Selleca and John Tesh were at Jerry's Dell. Rachel Hunter, Bruce Willis, and Matthew Perry were at Robert DeNiro's restaurant, Ago. Arnold Schwarzenegger was shopping at Banana Republic. The evening that they arrived, Andi and Larry took them to the Arena Club at the Staples Center. where they dined before watching a Kings game. The following evening, the group went to Lawry's, which is Pain's fw,,orite Los Angeles restaurhnt. Wendy and Bob Gorelick dined at The Rainbow with their cousins, Debbie and Ronnie Lowy, before heading over to The Whisky to ,xatch and listen to the Lowy's son, Justin, and his band. Yaira's husband, Ami, missed out on the dinner because he is in Israel. Les Traub is producing a monthly Cabaret Night at The Friar's Club in asso- ciation with the Special Events Committee of the Friar's Club and Cabaret West. The first Cabaret Night was a rousing success, starring Broadway singer-actress, Anne Kerry Ford. The next Cabaret Night will be on April i 3th, star- ring the husband and wife team of Alan Chapman and Karen Benjamin. Alan is a composer and morning host of KUSC and Karen is a singer and actress who appeared in "Phantom of the Opera" at the Ahmanson Theater. Eating out?.
